These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Haze Cartel website and your purchase of any products through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Haze Cartel is an online head shop based in the United Kingdom, selling smoking accessories to adults aged 18 and over. For any queries about these Terms, please contact us.

2. Using our website

You may use the Haze Cartel website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18;
• copy, scrape, resell or republish our content or product imagery without written permission;
• attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security or upload malicious code;
• use the site to facilitate the sale of illegal substances.

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Age restrictions

Haze Cartel sells strictly to customers aged 18 or over. By using the site and placing an order you confirm that you and the named recipient are both 18+ and that you can provide proof of age if asked. See our full Age Verification policy for details on how we check this on entry, at checkout and on delivery.

4. Products & availability

We take care to describe products accurately, but minor variations in colour, finish and dimensions can occur, especially with handmade glass. Stock is limited and listings do not guarantee availability — we'll always contact you if an item you've ordered is no longer available, and refund or substitute as appropriate.

All products are sold for legal use only with tobacco or legal herbal blends, in line with our Product Safety & Legal Notice.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices accurate, but if a pricing error is obvious we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. Delivery costs and any applicable surcharges are shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Placing an order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order for any reasonable reason, including failed age verification, suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged at the point of order and your statement shows a neutral merchant descriptor.

8. Delivery

We dispatch orders from the UK on tracked services and ship in plain, unbranded packaging. We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery windows and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; if a parcel doesn't arrive, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.

9. Cancellations & your right to change your mind

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel after delivery for most items. Some products (for example sealed hygiene items that have been opened) are exempt. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

10. Returns & refunds

Unused, sealed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of your return arriving back with us, then take 3–5 working days to land on your original payment method. 11. Faulty goods & your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, misdescribed or not as advertised, we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires. Please report faults within a reasonable time of discovering them.

12. Our liability

We do everything we reasonably can to make sure the site and our products are safe and accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Haze Cartel's total liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or any product is limited to the price paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Intellectual property

The Haze Cartel name, logo, photography, copy and site design are owned by Haze Cartel or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without our written consent. Product brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Privacy & cookies

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our products or how we work. The version on this page is the current one and applies to all new orders. Material changes will be highlighted with a new "last updated" date at the top.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues within 14 days. UK consumers can also use the Government's consumer protection services or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider where appropriate.
