Mystery Box FAQ
Can I return a mystery box?
Unopened, factory-sealed boxes can be returned within 30 days. Once opened, mystery boxes are non-returnable — that's part of the deal. Faulty items are always covered. See our returns policy.
Will I get duplicates if I order more than one?
No — when you order multiple boxes, we hand-curate each one separately to make sure you don't pull duplicates of the same item.
What's the guaranteed value?
Every box ships with a minimum of 1.5× its sticker price in actual stock. Most boxes work out closer to 1.7–2× retail value.
Is it good for a gift?
Yes — boxes ship in a clean matte black wrap perfect for gifting. Just remember the recipient must be 18 or over. We can't ship to anyone underage.
