Delivery options & prices

All prices include VAT. No handling fees, no surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay. Spend over £45 and Free Delivery is unlocked automatically; no discount code required.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Anything after the 2pm cut-off, plus weekend and UK bank holiday orders, goes out on the next working day. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. Haze Cartel currently ships to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We're working on opening up more destinations — sign up to our newsletter and you'll be the first to know.

Tracking your order

Every Haze Cartel parcel is fully tracked. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch and you can paste it into our Track Order page at any time.

Age verification & delivery

Haze Cartel sells strictly to adults aged 18 or over. Couriers may request photo ID on delivery. If a parcel can't be handed to an eligible adult, it'll be taken back to the local depot and the courier will arrange a redelivery or pick-up.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box or mailer with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outer label gives away what's inside.

Delivery issues, lost & damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with the courier. Anything damaged should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can sort a replacement or refund quickly. For returns after delivery, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
